Stweeve, your prediction is perhaps the norm in these situations and is a possibility. I would suggest the large volumes over the past month have seen many large shareholders take a little profit and are cashed up for their rights entitlement. As such, I don't necessarily think their will be undue pressure on the stock upon re-opening. Indeed, the intense interest in the upside future of the company and this savvy acquisition will possibly see the SP move up. I think the market will like this announcement. Fully underwritten by Canaacord, largest shareholder (Catcha) taking their full entitlement. This says to me these guys are very confident going forward.
