    I hope it goes through for you guys.

    As long as the future income flow is sufficient (which at this stage nobody can say with any degree of confidence) to cover interest and principal, the loan facility is a good deal.

    Perhaps if they finalise the loan they can then release the DFS which should indicate improved NPV vs equity only funding.
