Exactly.
If management wanted to announce they have secured a funding deal, they would have said so, and been a lot more specific.
This would have been a genuine reason to break out the Champagne.

However, they didn't.

You can often get as much out of a statement in what wasn't said, rather than what was.

This assumes one has a modicum of analytical capacity to read between the lines, and perform some genuine research.

Cool, calm, investing heads prevail.


And, incidentally, it's "buoys", not "boys".
