No trading halt to Sto because its just a flea on their back ... but for a small mcap stock like CTP very important..
I think the comment is ambiguous ...

it could be interpreted both ways .. if they had a duster they would also go into trading halt.. I think you can assume nothing by what has been stated today. It could well be a duster ...
