at this stage i think people are craving for more certainty before they jump back in. DML is most certainly not out of the woods yet.
the delay in progressing the refinancing is simply another unwelcome uncertainty (even though it is rather normal in terms of large refinancing like this).
While the 35% improvement is most welcome, there is a few things to think about * what will the delay in receiving the $4.2 million from Montsant have on the company's tight cashflow? * how will the 35% increase translate into improvements in cashflow? we are unlikely to know more about this until the next quarterly.
more wait and see, although i am comfortable that DML will come though. I do advise holders to conduct appropriate risk management and not take excessive risk in this.
