I shouldn't comment. But due to the previous post and the uninformed nature of it I need to comment.....it would be stupid to commit until that time period is up. Any development needs to fulfill the requirements to begin mining....to not acknowledge this shows a complete lack of understanding of any way a business should run......I think Amish has done an excellent job with this situation.
Stt will have to pay cost.....and looking at the detail that has been supplied by the courts they would have to find something pretty incredible to appeal now. I'm happy with what has transpired and look for a sustained growth of this company and an increasing share price to reflect the value there.
What does Amish have to hide......we all know that vms will eventually mine both iron ore deposits and fund the main project......which is the big prize.....not the iron ore deposits
