I love it, this conversation is getting better every day because I am going to keep buying. What every body is forgetting is that the asset is still in the ground - no change. They green peanut can appeal as much as he likes, no one in their right mind will be funding him. Two things have happened since he lodged the original court case - 1 the federal Government has changed and they certainly wont be handing him any funds to appeal especially after the last budget and secondly the Tassie state government has changed. Through in the mood of the locals and I am surprised that the idiot is still living in Tassie. I run a business and I certainly would not be making any plans until the 20 days is up so I can only say that we must place our faith in Hamish and Co or turn up to the next AGM and vote them out.

PS Has anyone taking into consideration that it may be Scott and co selling to raise the cash to pay the legal bills?
