    Hmmm... Orchestrated Pump? and dump in the form of a Cap raise... ? Maybe maybe not.

    Coincidence or pre-planned... Either way good on mgmt for doing the cap raise when the price is high as opposed to most others who do the opposite.

    I think the co may be hedging their bets incase the well is not a success...also wise. IMHO
