The deal fell through for the $15m because IDC could not do business with this company.
They are now chasing other JV options.
Why is everyone trying to fabricate their own story ? This is the FACT.
Call Empire Securities and speak with Jason and ask him who was the company that was going to give the $15m and IDC had to pull out because that company was associated with criminals.
ITS SIMPLE - the reason they are doing a small capital raising is to keep the oils greased until the JV comes through
