    Let me clarify a misunderstanding.

    I never accussed Empire Securities of being criminals.

    ALl i said was, the company IDC were dealing with for the 15m had been associated with criminals in the past, and it was stated that when IDC found out, they did not want to do business with them. That is why they pulled the 15m deal off the table.
