    There is a lot more to this than a capital raising than meets the eye IMO. A capital raising now would get shareholders completely off side and play into the hands of Lone Star. Think its more likely a move to hit Lone Star hard . AZZ directors really hate the Lone Star lot and will stop at nothing in an effort to stop them getting control of the company. If Lone Star are serious, show us the money with a T/O at a decent price.
