re: rights issue/takeover??? Spalding...just remember this is far from a done deal!! These guys are smart - might be playing games recommending approval of the offer! My point is.....is this the only offer they will receive???? Once other big U.S. companies catch wind of this e.g. Baxter U.S. , Will there be more t/o offers from other companies?
