I think not. Just think, what if something should come from the left field and actually propel the sp to beyond what the King is predicting? Note that he did provide a range which you simply disregarded!

As an aside, if management do get a JORC and off-take agreements, etc in such a short time I would err on the side of the King though my simple view of the sp is that it is whatever buyers are willing to pay for it.
