    Looking at that article Metatag it all goes well for an increase of Total transaction Value (TTV).In the medium term they forecast $100 million TTV which is achievable for BYOjet.Looking back at the ibuynew proposal it is at 6 x earnings with an aligned interest.As these businesses are small and growing payback will be quicker.
