They have previously stated that having obtained independent advice, on balance of probability, they would win an appeal against the Trade Tax assessment.
The amount involved is approx 31m Euro (~$44m AUD)
Of this 2m Euro has already been paid for TT in 2004-6
What will it cost to appeal.
The odds favour an appeal I would think.
