    CSM and Hartleys have underwritten and thus HAVE to take up any shortfall for most of the entitlement.
    The rest, well, some faithfull always help out in these fundraisings.
    If they were running at over 19c continuous I would sell some and pick up some of my entitlement, but I dont think that will happen.
    Very disappointing.
