Well, at the end of the day, cancer is a failure in cellular apoptosis. However, there are many "co-dependent switches" involved and so far as we know, cancer can be grouped allowing for the newer therapies to work, at least for a while. Mutation is a problem as is the delivery mechanism. E.g., once the tumour crossed the blood brain barrier, it's just a matter of time (though recent studies on cannabis oil has shown some promising results).
If spheres can reduce the size of the liver mets, then there's a possibility it can be curative when followed up with surgical resection.
Well, at the end of the day, cancer is a failure in cellular...
