See to me that paints a fairly benign picture of alot of retail, probably HC posters mostly, and a pretty big coincidence re the timing of the transaction , so directors were forced to go into TH.
You lot may have all just been very lucky (assuming the news is good enough to warrant a big breakaway gap).
I would pity and long term holders who sold on the lows purely on the basis of misinformation or manipulative posts. Imo the biggest failure has been the company's lack of disclosure on their behind the scenes efforts. Some knowledge of activity with purpose is really what longs needed to abate the constant selling from lack of confidence. Newsflow is the lifeblood of microcaps.
