re: rasing $34m - chickenschitzel Convertable notes @1.05, Conversion ration 1-6 value the share at 0.175. Maturity date is in 5 years with 10% interest. Can be redempt ealier subject to ealier redemption term and etc. Very flexible term I think.
Share failed on re quotation on the ASX... people think the notes are priced too low possibly. LT, it's good to see DRA get some cash for the project, bottom line is that the 33.5 million note will dilute the EPS. Hence neutral to this really in terms of SP.
