if you read the announcement --- then you would know it has to do with financing arrangements for the Finnish operation.
This should be good news(bloo.dy hope so). Even if some hedging required it will be at record prices.
I entered DRA @ 13c and up as a turn around story with all the bad news factored into the price.
We will see if I'm right.
