I hope so for your sake, but as a friendly heads up, when the price sky rocketed the last time there was some serious leakage with that much talk on the street about the grade, that was/ended upbeing correct, it was certainly pumped to be dumped!
Just a word of warning and in no way advice on this one other than the mentioned
