If GTG cannot hide behind confidential terms with Applera, it will be interesting to see whether they got a cash settlement to even cover their own legal fees which must be huge. The lawyers are generally the only winners from big litigation not shareholders.
Maybe the hopeful buyer at 5 cents may get filled when the stock lists.
