Dilution is a fact of life with these sort of companies but it is a matter of what percentage of the company you need to sell off to get the required cash.

There will be a big difference between a placement at 15c with say one at 25c.

In the past i think THR has not done his raisings at an opportune time and I can't see why he would need to do one now when he is talking about offtake agrements etc that are in the wind that would probably drive the SP higher.

Maybe the placement is to a group who will also be involved in the offtake agreements, i.e. the Chinese.

I guess I will be waiting until he comes out with whatever his announcement is, no time to get out now as the company is grossly undervalued.
