Wrong timing for a raising. Drill results are due - they called a halt in May before announcing a very good drill result. Off-take agreement? Perhaps something about an early toll treatment, even though they have mentioned it briefly recently, it appears to have fallen off the radar screen.
Having said all that, it's probably going to be none of the above.
