What a load of hysterical short term traders ......
SGH are digesting a huge purchase, so of course there is going to be rumours and continual shorting tactics to scare the horses!!
They will release full figures at the last moment, so that by then most of the inquiries and ASIC action may be over - or at least better clarified.
In the meantime, they are doing what lawyers do - minimal unnecessary communication!!
