    prediction if that is the case, they prob offer shares at 0015 to the retail investor(they've prob seen all the buyers at 001 and thought nows the opp to offer at 0015 and get some money while they can), further diluting that would be frustrating, but not suprising. Bit of a negative , hopefully not the case, Lets wait n seeee
