Fully concur Professor, Beardy & Wander seem to have taken a leaf out of Mr Ashe's book - superficial ambiguities & no accountability. They will have you believe Arrium's predicament is a function of severe macro conditions. lack of govt. protection, workers inflexibility etc. It's not managements fault they will proclaim!
Yet the cataclysmic catalogue of errors & inability to manage those challenges simply indefensible. The mgmt. at Bluescope not to mention the general investment community pissing themselves at the incompetence & ultimate demise of this rabble. Rest assured Roberts & Co's will never work again in a publicly listed company. Shareholders would not be that naive again.
