If you look at the 2nd TH announcement it says
'The trading halt is to last until the Company releases an announcement, expected to be before opening of trading on Tuesday, 28 June 2016'
So maybe a suspension is not needed in this case? The ann was 'expected' before opening of trading today, but could be delayed (and obviously has).
