In our dreams now. 15c maight be stretching it even with 2c 700mbo and no further dilution. I think CNE would cough up their 40% share to WPL for a 50-100% premium to today's transacted price and if the case the 15% FAR holding becomes inconsequential to WPL. FAR management need to pull a rabbit out of their hat.
