Another thing (in trying to extrapolate the $430m deal vis a vis FAR's valuation). FAR has other assets (DJ in particular, the others are probably insignificant at the moment). On the other side of the coin, I think (not sure about this) WPL acquired more than just the Senegalese assets that COP held with FAR & CNE.
