I honestly don't think this was released without FAR knowing. It would be a pretty poor start to their new JV. Do you honestly think WPL wouldn't give FAR the heads up about a ann as critical as a TO?
I just think FAR panicked when they saw the SP crashing and wanted to try and get their own ann out to calm share holders nerves hence the TH.
SNE is a great find but I think the price will head further South before it starts heading North again.
The price WPL acquired their 35% stake won't do FAR's SP any favors in the near term. Vol : 52m is the highest FAR has had since Oct 2014 and we still have an hour of trading left.
