Yes I think you've nailed it.
The price would have been calculated on the M330 figure IMO.
I don't think they could claim their drilling costs since and then calculate on the higher figure. You can't have it both ways.
The announcement from COP didn't mention any figure but I'm sure it will come out in the wash eventually.
When the raised the extra A$60 at the last CR I wonder if they knew that could get them another 5% if they wanted to exercise their preemptive right.
