Ok, after a bit of a breather (and fortunately having relatively small chips in this) will have a look
Contract in Jan by a JV. You would be fairly certain that they would have to disclose this to JV partners.
They had plenty of time to call a TH and did not and got smack for it. It would jave helped retain value and prevent knee jerk trades, put positive spin etc.
This is the second big furphy that company has done, and to be frank, it is and utterly rookie error.
Someone needs to start being accountable for their actions.
