Take a look at the company announcement regarding the trading halt. Quite clear...
"The trading halt is requested for two working days or until the release regarding the capital raising has been made to the market, whichever is earlier"
My guess is that the news regarding the capital raising will be combined with some news outlining further progress that has been made by GBG..
