Yes you could if a PFS was a requirement and the deposit did have existing drill data. Remember this is a PFS not a BFS. The SJ data taken from the Inco and Kaiser results must provide the recipient of this PFS with a huge upside when comparing Archival data to the JORCed data at Kolosori.
So I wouldn't agree the feasibility is "dodgy". Figures seem to b conservative to me.
As to the clarification ??? Don't know yet.
