    The ASX decides what does / does not need a TH. The paperwork is a formality.

    The ASX always gives TH's out for spec stocks. The ASX300 list provide sensitive announcements all the time without THs, and stuff stuff up all the time as well

    Its all a bit of a joke really

    This is normal, could be tiny, could be huge - TH still required!
