Has got incredible upside or is my thought process way off here?
Currently EVN has about 1,468m of issued capital, with a 2 for 15 issue that will make issued capital 1,663m
With a ASIC cost of $960AUD being $720 USD (0.75c exchange rate) and assuming an average sales price of $1300 USD an ounce, represents a margin of $580 an ounce.
FY17 production of 800,000 = $464m USD profit or $619m AUD
Therefore AUS EPS is 0.37 along with a PE between 10 and 15 = a share price range of $3.72 - $5.58 AUD
Has got incredible upside or is my thought process way off here?...
