Although the issue is at $2.05 I can only apply for about 13% of my holding of EVN.
Consequently I will not be selling in order to pay for my new shares which I will fund another way.
I expect that many shareholder will think the same and the price is unlikely to fall much more than below $2.40
This seems like a good deal but far more complicated than I like.
