Well it seems they have done a placement, and wouldn't you guess it is under market price.

So why was it halted for so long, it is a while since SSI was at $4.65 so they will no doubt say negotiations were done when it was at that price.

So why the halt all week.

And who got these shares, why at a discount, no wonder some think the sun shines out of his you know what,
