I feel for you in this situation Jim. I've been through it before and still haunts me. If the company is planning to offer option holders a proposal or alternative, it may be that it is considered more appropriate to wait until the existing ones expire, to keep a level playing field with all option holders that have converted (that's my guess but I don't know the legal or appropriate due process).

Maybe it could be announced that it would be put to an EGM (which it may require?). Either way, I'm sure there will be lots of pressure from the larger holders to support some proposal.

In any case, I'm really hoping for an update anyway for all of us -even if we don't have all the answers.
