Speculation in AFR IIN selling off NZ operation to telstra clear. This would tie in nicely with the recent speculation on HotCopper from a telstra source that TLS were taking over IIN. Except that it is all happening in NZ not Australia.
Anyway I expect an asset sale such as that at the right price would be a positive for the share price, especially as any profits can be invested back in DSLAM roll-out.
