    Most likely the announcement of debt financing up to hopefully 70%!!! I do not suspect it is anything to be concerned about - rather I imagine you should be more concerned you had not got in earlier as once the hopefully good announcement is out - you will look back and wish you had got in at the 15-19cents per share levels.... time will tell.
