re: bascially hit the nail on the head its great to be able to pick up acreage in the Philippines. No doubt about that.
however, in those contract areas, there is a small possibility of finding any turbidite plays. you know the ones that give you a 60% chance of finding a major oil field. so they will have to contend with a 10% chance.
i guess 10% is better than 0%.
