Lazy down-ramping - this is not 'a new pursuit'. Been in the pipeline for months (years?). It would take time to review a partial acceptance and so there are several fallacies in your argument. It has been clearly stated that receiving this information was a prerequisite to any MPA signing. So progress whatever the case.
And I do not trust the motives of posters who hang around forums of stocks they apparently have no interest in holding. How are you concerned if you do not hold? Disingenuous.
