Looks like I might not be able to for a while, given this news.
I think the CEO needs to be more assertive and take these guys on - he really has not done anything wrong in this instance. It's the relentless attacks from the Chinese Mafia that has gotten us into this situation. Seriously look back at the history of this and you will see that the CEO was being fed garbage by this Chinese Mafia. How was he meant to know this? PDN has a very strong case IMO.
