38 cents is hardly mates rates and I can't help but think that they wouldn't have been able to raise any capital if the resource update wasn't communicated as being favourable.

The CEO would have certainly foreshowed the adverse shareholder reaction to another raise after making recent public statements to the contrary and I would think would have a pretty good reason up his sleeve. In this respect I am tipping that the material announcement regarding the project is going to be quite interesting/positive.
