So i don't believe Eagleview can actually put anymore into spookfish at this stage, their agreement was 10%, and the option to acquire an additional 9.9% upon reaching certain revenue milestones. And they can't own more then 19.9% of the company without a takeover (pretty sure i read that somewhere regarding foreign ownership?) so i guess they'd be looking elsewhere - Unsure if they'd have to do a trading halt / CR if they were to change the conditions of that 9.9%.
