re: tick tick tick Don't know about placement, just got together a presentation, would run with that a bit before asking for a placement.
And don't think they halted before buying last ISP, could be distributing their gear, I expect something significant either way seeing down for 2 days plus.
I would expect something positive given they just released this presentation, which was positive, or hopefully so.
