re: downer takeover target if low i hold this stock. bit unfortunate, but the douglas problems were well flagged. next years guidance is simply conservative. People need engineers these days, downer's services are in high demand. It has 5 businesses, im confident somebody can buy up the business and split up the power,rail,telecoms,mining,construction divisions for a good sum
