Now that it's a two horse race (and assuming both go the distance), it's hard to imagine a final offer of less than $3.85. Most likely $4 but time will tell.

Long term it's a damn shame that such a prospective company will be lost to PE but that's the game we play. Was really looking forward to years of very high yield from this one... oh well.

Which is why these offers should be rejected. VOC could be trading at $7 this time next year.
